Still plenty of confusion with road works at Boliquieme. Alcantarilha is fun as well with single lane working! Lagoa are taking an awful long time to sort out the new roundabout at the Carvoeiro turning.

Well, we did Sesmarias to Faro on the N125 today, no hold ups, almost exavtly 1 hour...mark you , we left at 0700 and it was wet!

Incidentally, does anyone know if the YOR Car vehicles are still in P4 during airport modifications? (one for Steen perhaps).

They were in March this year Tom.

Thanks DJ. There is nothing to indicate otherwise on the YOR website.
Mind you they are still talking about going to the van in the centre of the car park, which changed a while ago. You now have to queue at the office at the edge of P4. Soon find out tomorrow.

Yesterday, a friend on Facebook was saying that the N125 roadworks have now been postponed until the end of summer due to the havoc they have been causing. Does anyone know if this is a fact?

We are due out on Saturday and pick our YOR Car vehicle up around 12 noon. If the roadworks are still in place I will take the A22 as I always make use of the €15 allowance for toll fees. However, like one or two others I do actually prefer the N125, and will use it if possible.

YOR still operate from the portacabin in p4.

I think you will find that the only roadworks cancelled was a new section with extensive diversions. Nothing said about suspending those already started.
