Does anyone know if work has started on the new amphitheatre beside the church yet or when it is expected to? What are your opinions on the proposal?

When we were there in January there was no obvious signs of work starting. Can't remeber if the large billboard advertising the development gave a start date. Tell you what, I'll book a flight and check it out!!

Thanks - it is a bit tatty round there and needs a good tidy up. An amphitheatre seems a good idea but reading the posts above doesn't look like it will be done this year which is a shame.

Yes HampshireRich it looks at if it could be another while yet, I agree that it is a good idea and will be a nice addition to the area. Hopefully work will start soon.
