New site for bins at the top of restaurant hill

I can understand that the residents of the block of apartments would have wanted the bins moved from their entrance way but the new site a liitle further up and directly on the road is a real eyesore. Driving down from ADM it is almost dead ahead as you reach the junction with restaurant hill. It was overflowing this morning and it did not seem that there is room to park there without impeding the traffic flow. Not a positive move for the image of the "village". At least the two other main bin areas in town have underground containers.
