Changes ?

Just wanted to ask, has much changed since 2009

2009 Was the last time I got to come to Carvoeiro and am hoping to come back in May next year.
Is the place still is lovely as ever
Any new bars or restaurants ?

Also am thinking of hiring scooters when me and my friends come over. Any one got any suggestions as to good places to hire them from and at a good price
Would probably only hire the, for a couple of days

Hi,

Carvoeiro is still as lovely as ever and I am sure you will have a great time if you come again next year. The area by the beach has changed, there is no longer a car park but places to sit and watch the world go by.There are bars/restaurants that have now closed, but new ones have opened up in their place or elsewhere. The restaurant review forum will give you a starting point on other people's views of the restaurants/bars in and around Carvoeiro.

With regards to scooter hire, there is a place on the "out road", virtually at the end of the road before you leave the village that hire out bikes and scooters.
