Horse riding

Hi does anyone have the name and phone number for the riding stables in Porches? Family out this week for a few days and would like to go for a ride, thanks

Unless it has change, you can only ride at silly o clock in the morning as they mainly do hotel guests - and i visited them on 4 separate occasions before I got that much information as I didn't have the phone number. I thought that place we went to years ago was briliant - and the horses there look better than the Porches horses!

There's one the other side of Pera that my grandaughter went to. I can't remember the name though.

The Quinta da Saudade in the Val da Para just outside of Albufeira has an established stables that offers rides through the sand dunes near Salgados , I think that this is the one suggested by the previous poster.

fmm and I rode at this place - .pine trees riding centre - it was really good with lovely horses, daughter is only there for a couple of days so wanted something close to home, I have ridden once at the one in Porches and really enjoyed it, lovely horse and a good ride which is why I recommended it to her but have lost the info on them.

While we are on the subject does anyone know how Gill is now from the stables that used to be oposite the International School?? I heard she had a terrible accident some time ago now...
