a little help please with shopping

we are coming to carvoeiro in a couple of weeks with are 14month daughter , this may seem trivial but could please tell us what full fat milk is called in portugese and is there a supermarket in carvoeiro that sells nappies , thanks in advance .

leite gordo - full fat

meio gordo - half fat

leite magro - skimmed milk

I have never known that! And I have given an 18 month old milk. I just used whatever fresh milk was in the shop!

All of the supermarkets sell nappies. They aren't cheap. You can get Huggies, but the 'foreign' nappies are also good.
