Long term rental

Hi

One of my clients is relocating to the Algarve and is looking for a medium term rental in order to establish himself and look for a property to buy. Does anyone know of any properties that fit the following criteria.

4 beds and private pool, within 20 minutes of the international school at Porches. The Villa needs to be available from the 1st September 2004 for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months.

I would appreciate any ideas or offers
