… “quer alho” or “caralho”…. both sound exactly the same to me, but one means “do you like garlic?” and other is the most naughty rude word…….so take the opportunity to utter the forbidden whilst offering garlic or discussing recipes……
…. “mula” and “mulher” sound very different …one means “mule” and one means “woman/wife” ……for years I would unwittingly refer to the boss as a mule….(but she’s got a good sense of fun)………
