It is a family resort with plenty of restaurants & bars but not in your face type bars. There is a disco on the beach but you wouldnt know it was there it very much blends in. It is a fishing village and quite small so at times the place can get busy but it doesnt feel overcrowded, the beaches are lovely and there are plenty of nice walks. The people are also very friendly. Im sure you will have a great time, i just wish i was lucky enough to be going.

 Guest 11, If you look on the photo gallery on the home page and then on the ariel views, you will be able to see Carvoeiro and the surrounding beaches, and areas. I am sure you will see from these that cvo is a very lovely fishing/resort town. The clifftop walks are beautiful and the beaches clean.
The restaurants in the town are great, again look on the restaurant review page, you will get an idea from there.
We love the variety of food available as our two daughters are both vegetarians, something which makes eating out a challenge, but most of the places we have been to are great and very willing to help out with menue changes to suit.
The bars are plentiful and good fun.
In all Carvoeiro is a lovely town, where you can relax and enjoy the world just going by, with a nice drink and good food.
I do hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Have a great holiday.
