Football tickets

I have been trying to get some tickets for the games at the stadium in Faro, but I have been told there is a name on the ticket, and they are not transferable. Proof of identity must also be given. Can anyone advise please.

i wouldnt worry about it, they wont check 30000 peoples ID, 50% of people have tickets in other peoples name
