Cheltenham Festival

Coming over to Carvoeiro next week and want to follow the Cheltenhan Festival. Will any bars be showing it, and can I place a bet locally or will I have to use my online account with Paddy Power ?

You may get the odd bar showing it, but since in all honesty its not really big box office for the bars you may have to ask to put it on (most the ones with TV's can get UK channels). As for betting, think you will be restricted to internet since don't think I have ever noticed one in Portugal never mind Carvoeiro.
