Travelrent car hire

Does anyone know if they are still operating? We usually use them to hire a car at Faro & they are vey good, but they haven't replied to my latest emails & the phone gives only a Portuguese message.

Definitely still there - hired from them 3 weeks ago (via Easy Car hire) but they are online.
