apologies if this has already been discussed but can someone let me know what the stalls/huts are on the new 'island' in front of the camera & also the round looking hut next to O Barco please

They are doughnut stands brought in for the Blessing of the Sea celebrations at the weekend. There is also a children's carousel to their right.

Anyone know what this is all about and is it interesting, we are over tomorrow for 2 weeks and somehow always manage to miss all the frestivals due to work commitment etc.
