Villa in September

Hi

We are coming to Portugal in September and need a villa for 2 weeks - within reasonable walking distance of town (My mum has walking stick and I have 3yr old), with a private pool.

In the last 2 years we have stayed at Laranja du sol (up from post office), a villa in the little cul-de-sac next to Barclays Bank, a villa on monte carvoeiro with ocean views and are back to Laranja du sol for a week in June.

These were all perfectly located though in slightly different places..... not tied to specific dates - if anyone has anything suitable could they please let me know? I have looked through rental section but can't always tell location
