weather in april

We are making our second trip of the year to Cvo at the beginning of April and were wondering what the weather was likely to be like(we know you cant offer guarentees).
Also is the town livening up in the evening now?
During our last trip it was a little bit too quiet,but it was february and it was nice to see a different side to the town.
