Work starting in Carvoeiro - January 5th

Just received this news: "They are starting the work in Carvoeiro on the 5th January, two months later, that comes directly from the President of Carvoeiro. "

Source doesnt say what year.

Great it cannot be too soon and if the place is a little quieter because of the economic crisis then it's a good time to do it.

Now you can watch the workmen toiling away each day via the webcam at www.praiacarvoeiro.com The ripping up part seems to be going quite well! These two webcams are two of the best around as their streaming is perfect - just like watching a movie.

I don't understand why they are digging the square up to padestrianise it when it is already that way.

Hopefully they will be bringing it into the 21st Century - it has become a little tired. A spruce up should be most welcome and encourage even greater opporunities to stop, linger and chat rather than fight the traffic. The web cams are great.
