Info on villa Quinta da Alfarrobeira plz

Hi, we are due to rent this villa at the end of July and have been advised there is building work going on near by. Could anyone give us an update on the progress, size(maybe name of the villas?) etc. so we know what to expect. Villa Quinta da Alfarrobeira link below. many thanks in advance

Hey there,

If the villa is up the steep hill, it's very near my parent's villa.
There is work being done there for a development near the hotel Solferias.

It's very noisy according to my parents and we've actually turned a rental down because of it.

Not being out there, I can't really verify how noisy and I can't locate your villa exactly but I'm sure someone else on the forum will be able to help.

I think the villa is indeed up the steep hill, so thinking we shall be packing ear plugs for the 4 of us!! In true Brit style shall keep a stiff upper lip and focus on a great holiday
