New Development near Sesmarias, (not the Monte Santo one)

Does anyone know what the development is near Sesmarias, but not the big Monte Santo one - I think it maybe a spa place but not sure and want to know who is developing it and what its going to consist of?

Do you mean the one near vale da lapa by the tennis club? Apparently it is going to be a 5* town house and villa resort with health spa.

I think you mean Jardim do Hibisco. I don't know much about it I'm afraid.
