Dolphin Safari's

Hi all,

Does anybody know if the Dolphin boat trips from Portimao and Lagos run all year round?. I am out with some friends next weekend and we are looking for idea's of things to do in the daytime. I have e mailed 2 companies via their website and had no reply and called them both at various times of the day and no answer.

I was in Lagos marina last week and everything was shut up - didn't look like there was much activity - think they may be closed til later in the year .Sea was very rough and dont think many people would want to go out anyway !

We went out with the Prince of Whales last May from Alvor and saw pleanty of dolphins. A very enjoyable trip and one I would recommend.

However, we noticed in late December that this boat was laid up in a yard just off the N125 somewhere between Alvor and Lagos, quite close I think to Shoe World. It would appear that none of the boats are operating at this time of year.

Thanks for help, I thought that would probably be the case. Just leaves golf and cycling or Sully's if it's wet!.
