has anybody else noticed the amount of loose dogs that are roaming in the woods around val del rei. they are not wild as they have collars and they are forming packs and getting more aggressive. I live in val del rei and 3 big dogs (2 black and one chestnut) chased a cat into the bottom of my garden...
