I have a three year old, so child orientated activities. How about the mosquitos, vicious or not?

Less than 3 weeks to go until my first trip to Carvoeiro, can anyone come up with some ideas as to things to do, places to see and eat etc?

Does anyone know the location of this complex in relation to CVO, the water parks etc, as I cant seem to find it on any maps
