I beg to differ EMM, I don’t think that people can pick and choose at rock bottom prices In Carvoeiro. A lot of property in Carvoeiro is overpriced because that is what the vendors want for it, But is not necessarily what it is worth. I agree, anyone with spare cash at the moment can pick and choose their perfect property at rock bottom prices. We were able to buy our current property, (16years ago,)when an English family were in need of cash to keep their Uk business afloat, they got the cash, we got the house we wanted, All Ha...
