Several posts ask about Nunos. We visit with Nuno every year and have never been disappointed. Nuno and his family run the restaurant and are delightful people. If you like fish try the Sole ,its delicious.

Re restaurant Oasis.
I have been visiting Carvoeiro for tha last 20 years and always make a point of visiting the Oasis. The spare ribs are the best in town and Karin and Hans are two of the nicest people I know.

Can anyone tell me what persons can be appointed as a fiscal Representative?

I have visited Carvoeiro once or twice a year for the past 15 years and have tried most restaurants. In my humble opinion, nothing beats the spare ribs at the Oasis and Hans and Karin are just about the nicest people I have met in my 74 years

I would add my approval to the comments on Vila Nova. I have been using it for 10 years and have celebrated 2 birthdays there with the active help of Isabel and Anibal Raposo. The food is excellent, not unduly expensive and you can always park there
