Just to add to this thread I was offered any drug I wanted on the road to Hemmingways back in April - I was walking on my own to meet my family in the bar and 4 or 5 local (youngish) lads were quite persistent to sell me drugs. First time it's happened after about 8 visits to Cvo in the last 4 or 5 ...
