Hello,we have a villa In Presa de Moura in Sesmarias which is free from the 5th of september
you can find the villa on "carvoeiro.com" under the name of Villa Maxima,
it has 3 dubble bedrooms, swimmingpool and all the other things
you ask for!

as far as I know the tapas are in the (wine) bar next to the restaurant

Island Cafe is going to be run by the owners of "Oleao de Porches".
It is going to be a bistro with lunches and dinners,
the bar is going to be a wine bar with tapas,
and openening around 21th of January.

I think I know the smell, we only smell it very early in the morning ,
someone told us its a doughnut factory in the neighbourhood of the new sewage factory.

last week a new supermarket opened in the old alisuper in sesmarias It looks good !

When you are in Colina de Lapa or Sesmarias and want to go to Pao Azucar, it is quicker to go Left at the watertower than follow the road along the golfcourses then go Right direction Pinta go straight on at the roundabout a then Right at the next roundabout and you will see Pao Acucar in a minute
