Cant't wait - it's our first holiday for 18 months and our first villa & pool hol. A bit slower to our normal pace but hey, sometimes we all need to sloooow down and enjoy life

Hi hillwalker,
First time in Portugal!
Of course, I'd much rather get some exercise outside but if it gets too hot in the middle of the day then the gym is an option. Or maybe just a swim... or maybe another gnt.....choices, choices!

Hi all,
We are renting a villa in the Sesmarias area next month and I wonder if there are any gym facilities in the area that are available for casual use.
Or should we just sit around the pool and drink ourselves stupid?
