Be careful when taking money out at Airports I know of a number of occasions where you are watched taking money out and where you then put it - wallet or whatever. The pickpockets then know what to go for.

Why not try Casa Domilu, nice hotel, good grounds with indoor swimming pool as well as outdoor. Small gym area and tennis courts.

Beaso - Carvoeiro is about the same size as say Eckington or Killamarsh in area - althougn neither have a beach lovely place plenty to do especially if you like to eat out.

Make sure you hire a car and visit other places as well
