Thanks Wolfie, has put my mind at rest. Was a bit concerned that there was an underlying problem but am pretty happy that they are a reasonable bet.

We are looking at purchasing on this development....however having read earlier comments on this site (2 years old) there are some quite negative comments regarding the development and especially the Management Company. We are also slightly concerned at the number of properties (roughly 20)currently...
