Libbre (hope I've spelt it correctly!!)

It's in the Centro Commerical, which is on restaurant hill, the ramp down to it is opposite Happy's and the bar is on the left just opposite Jokers. It does a nice selection of wines and tapas.

We are coming out on Friday (just in time for the weather to change), does anyone know if Havana is open this weekend, we quite fancy some pre-dinner cocktails.
