We booked some flights with EasyJet over the weekend and there was on some filghts the rapid check in for Bristol. When I look at the link I think that it only applied to "hand baggage" only check in's and was £2.50 each.

Shibby Last year we came out in early October and had a lot of rain :shock: , having said that the rain only lasted a part of the day. When the sun came out, as it did on all days it was warm enough to sun bathe :P . How ever the nights were some waht chilly. Hope that you have a good time when ever...

Kenny I admit to being a smoker but I normally refrain if there are people around who are still eating. I feel that if I am subjected to small children late at night (we don't usually start eating until after 8:00pm) then this is not being reasonable. I think that this thread started off with a request for baby changing facilities! Having been in a resturant where a baby was changed at the table, this is the habit I find most offensive. :x :?: As far as feeding is concerned should this not be carried out before they are brought out in the evening...

If you like Google maps you can also try Google Earth (just type in google Earth in the search bar). You can do most of the same but you can angle the picture to get a view of the terrain in some areas, try the Grand Canyon.

Annie2 The building to the right in the cam view is the hotel Carvoeiro Sol, I think that the Club Alantico is on the road out of Carvoeiro past the turn off to Benagil and on about a mile ( so about 2 miles from the Almansor). I have been reading this topic with interest, having just been through an exercise to book a private villa.

I have managed to arrange a change over day of Tuesday in September which is the cheapest day for flights with Easyjet from Bristol.

The picture from the web cam seems to have changed, we can no longer see the sky.

Is it possible that the web cam can be repositioned so that for us not in Carvoeiro can see some of the cloudless sky there

We have a holiday planned for late May to Cyprus :lol: and Carvoeiro :lol: :lol: in September and do not intend to cancel unless forced :evil: :evil: to do so. I think that life needs to go on as normal as possible, although the problems cannot be ignored. Lets hope that this situation can be sorted...
