Carnival

Hi I know its Carnival time in the Algarve but can anyone tell me what and when things are happening in Carvoeiro! We had great time last year and would hate to miss out on the fun this year.

Hi Jules, festivities are on from 18th - 20th, and parking/driving through town may be difficult. The main day is Tuesday, when the parade takes place. It will be a day long party. Wrap up well as the forecast is bad, but hey! its always the same for Carnaval. Have fun

Thank you CA & CM! Looking forward to it and yes we shall wrap up and perhaps take an umbrella! But I am sure once the "spirit" of the day kicks in we won't feel either the cold or the wet!

I can hear the drums already... Not sure but around lunchtime looks good as the rain might stop
