Intermarche opening hours

Will be arriving in CVO around 7pm on a Sunday evening for my next visit to sunny Portugal. Will the Intermarche be open at this time on a Sunday? Alternatively is the minimarket at Rocha Brava open or anywhere nearby?

Think that the Intermarche will be close, but friends of ours who arrived late sunday evening recently, said that the new Plus supermarket (just as you turn of the main road to CVO) on the right, was open at 8pm on sunday. perhaps, nightrider or bruxy can confirm

Plus Lagoa is open 7 days per week untill the evening hours (8 or 9pm)

Actually Tricky, being a Silves local I am not sure of the Carvoeiro supermarkets winter times. I know in the summer Intermarché is open 9am to 9pm Mon to Sat and 9am to 1pm on Sun. If anyone is interested, Modelo in Silves is open 9am to 10pm every day and Lidl in Silves is 9am to 9pm every day, summer or winter.

thanks for all that info!! The Lagoa Plus sounds like our best bet. We will stop off at it on the way from the airport. Can you give me directions on how to find it. We'll be coming off the motorway and down into Lagoa past slide and splash and then turning right down to CVO. We usually take the left hand fork at the mini roundabout and follow it past the intermarche. Is it somewhere along this route or not?

Plus is on the right hand side just as you enter the road to Carvoeiro from the EN125 at Lagoa. It is well before the new mini roundabout where the road forks to Sesmarias and Carvoeiro.
