Terrible story. The evening before they found him we were for dinner at the Boneca Bar and the week before two times for Picknick at the Escadinhas, hm, spooky…

I was talking to one of the lads who works in the Boneca Bar and he told me this, some of which you may already be aware: A young man Portuguese man from Portimao of east European parents had a falling out with some gang types in Portimao. In the recent event, he was stabbed in the head in the toilets in the square and dumped in the sea. As has been reported, his body turned up at Algar Seco. However, there was a further report made to the Police whilst his body was being retrieved from the water that someone had found evidence that this victim had been trying to climb out of the water between Carvoeiro and Algar Seco. Apparently he was also found to have some injuries to his fingertips, consistent with that type of activity. The lad whom I was speaking to was very confident that the offender would be caught.

Let's hope that they get the gang or person responsible for this. He's someone's son and that someone is now greiving ...what a waste of life.
