This is unbelievable - the hotel just along the beach - Bayview - and the golf resort next door are empty - they cant sell the apartments, so why do they want more|? and who's financing it!

Signed - though cant imagine anyone would want to invest in such a project in the current economic climate
However, even if approved, it may well go the way of other such schemes - thinking of the marina development at Ferragudo. Driving through there last week we noticed that all large sign boards etc advertising it had disappeared (is there a limit on planning permission - as in the UK?) We had always though that this development would spoil the area
