Dates for walks, starting at 1000 and lasting about 2 to 2.5 hours are as follows:
Wednesday 2 November
Monday 7 November
Monday 14 November
Monday 21 November
though we could adjust the days if there is sufficient demand!

Please note these dates have been amended from previous version, so as to avoid hunting days!

No charge, of course.

Details of locations will be published nearer the time.

Please indicate if/when you are able to come.

If you have internet access out in Portugal, keep in touch via this website, which I usually access once or twice a week once we are out there.
I'll post details of the first couple of walks in the next week or so.
Alternatively, give us a ring on 282 380015 once you are there ( we will be out there 1-28 November) : best times are 0830-0930 and 1800-2000.

We walked from Club Atlantico to Marina Beach over the cliffs and back, via Benagil, took 2 1/2 hours. This would make a good walk for CVO Ramblers, but not for the unfit.
Geoff you might want to include this in your plans. Jackie and BIll (NO 1)

We will be out for most of January,but no plans at present for Feb, but it's a possibility we may stay on longer. March is a no-no as we have another grandchild due. Hope to meet up with you again.

Yes, we have done that walk, only problem with most coastal walks is that you have to come back the way you went, not that this is quite the end of the world. Would have to have our drinks break at Benagil! Worth a thought, thanks.
Glad your getting into training! Other option is to start at Benagil & walk further East....nice cafes at Senora de Rocha....thats for the even more energetic though, and probably takes longer!

I've thought before about trying to organise a shuttle system with cars at either end of a coastal walk with friends but gave up on the idea.

I shall sadly miss the November walks despite being there from 16 until the 20 as the visit doesn't include a Monday. Will try again in the New Year.
