Anyone know if Vale Do Mihlo are doing any special offers this summer?

Thanks for that - do you know anything about the Pitch and Putt they have on their website at 18 Euro? I don't remember seeing any pitch and putt course last year.

The most expensive pitch and putt course on the planet and they wonder why it is empty the majority of the time,the bar is a nice place but the guy who runs it needs to get a personality the most miserable man in Portugal....................

I liked it there and especially watching the turtles about. Really nice food and very welcoming, friendly and pleasant. All the more so as I am a non golfer and sit and read and wait for Richard to finish his round. Will have to say in regards to non golfers they are really good far more so than many other golf courses around Portugal I could mention.

I havnt been in the golf club in ages, however Andy is an ok guy...I do prefer Cambridge educated as opposed to Oxford though

One of our favourite places for Lunch, good food & value - Golf course just a bit of fun.

Also, the balcony overlooking the 9th Green is one of the coolest spots in The Algarve - very handy in July/Aug !

My seat, my seat. Thats where I sit and watch the turtles with a drink and wait for Richard whilst he hits balls around with a funny stick hoping they will go in a hole, stupid game.

Gramacho and Pinta both have twilight rates on their full 18 hole courses.
Both club houses have very comfortable terraces to watch the world go by from.

VDM is OK if you you are a very occaisonal golfer or have small children who like to play but value per hole played it is poor indeed.
