Since the rules only changed fairly recently, I suspect you made that booking some time ago, and I believe that they will still honour your terms as booked.
Do remember that the 32kg limit (even if you only use 25 of them) was for 1 bag between two people. Not each bag, nor can it be used for one person only.

Do not assume that they will honour the old booking conditions.

I am sure that in their small print and on the web site there will be a disclaimer.

I always get an email just before we travel and in it is a reference to their " terms and conditions "

Another thing that I would add to the comments is that carriers like Monarch allow you to pool your baggage weight with your travelling commpanion but as of October 2010 EJ do not allow this.
