I absolutely agree with Shanagarry on this one, but I think the way to deal with the abusive posters is to ignore them totally. Do not acknowledge their post in any way. Even counting to ten (or three) lets them know that they've "scored" a point - pretend they don't exist. Eventually they may realise that they are wasting their own time in posting.
