Does anybody know the ruling ref lighting a Fire...ie Burning my old rubbish in the Garden...Some say I need a license ..some say only between certain months....some say I need the Fire dept to attend ..
Anybody know the facts ??

You had best get in touch with your local fire department, as you will need a permit and you can only burn refuse during a certain period.
