Condominium Charges

Does anyone pay a condominium charge on their property to cover management, gardening, street lighting, exterior painting etc and if so what do you think is a reasonable charge per annum?

It varies widely. Rocha Brava is one of the best, and I pay around 1300 euros for a T-2.

Thanks for the info, up until now I've been paying about the same but am now facing an increase of about 50%
