POPPYS
After having been recommended by Lesley Jean, we ventured out into the wilds of Val de Rei, and tried POPPYS restuarant.
This is a lovely restaurant, varied menu, really well cooked food, not too expensive, with really friendly service, owner and chef, a really nice English girl called Claire.
Front of house is done by a Mozembequien Portuguese guy, really friendly....who lived and worked 12 years in.....TRANMERE on the Wirral.....(mmmmm)
At the moment they are doing a Friday night special of English fish and chips
We will be there this Friday night.....join us....you wont be disappointed!!
