BUILDING NEXT TO PATIO COMING DOWN?

Mum just tex me said the old building next to O Patio is being pulled down? Wonder what will be there

Don't know but they've dug a bloody great hole, we had lunch on the front the other day & peaceful it was not. Having said that it's always interesting watching portuguese builders.
