Villa Management- recommendations

Hi everyone
Just wondered whether anyone had any particular recommendations as to villa managers and overall costs (for villa with pool and garden)? Our villa is in the carvoeiro/sesmarias area. There seem to be a few to choose from.

The company is owned and run by an English girl, Kate Green. We cant speak highly enough of her.
She is very experienced, very hands on and proactive ( in her business!!) , takes nothing for granted, and keeps her client list small enough to be able to maintain those standards.

We have a villa in Sesmarias and have used the Kalkbrenner agency in Carvoeiro since we first bought 3 years ago. They have been very helpful, reliable and conscientious in all that they do for us.
