Nautical centre

Hi, does anyone know the name and contact details of the aquatic / nautical park nearby. It is located close to Slide & Splash and when you are there you can clearly see in front of you the large suspended bridge that leads to Portimao. It has a beautiful indoor heated pool and Gym and various bars and many apartments but it is primarily a boat / nautical centre. I am travelling down for new year and was looking to find out if it is open.
