Thanks Bruce - very kind. TrainIng going well. Did 20 miles yesterday then undid all the good work at a Food & drink festival in Edinburgh. Lovely gin and huge range of ciders on offer!

Angus, I decided to put my money where my mouth is and it is BLOODY AGONY putting coins near metal fillings, but hey ho!

Nice one James - very kind. Gave it some BEEF on 21 mile run from Edinburgh to North Berwick yesterday. Legs now seizing up on train from Edinburgh to London. Can almost taste the post marathon Sagres.
