2008 Mazda 2 - 1,3 86hp Sport 5-door on leasing contract.

The contract is made with Locarent (Caixa Geral / Banco Esprito Santo)

The monthly cost is: 318,88 euro + iva = 374,53 euro and include;
Maintenance & services
4 new tires
24/7 emergency service
All taxes
12.500 km/year (extra km 0,0356 euro + iva).

All-in Insurance including;
Replacement car
Travel assistance

The contract were initiated 27/6/2008 and runs for 48 months from that date = edit: 17 months left.

The car is in good order and can be seen in Carvoeiro. The contract will be transferred into your company / individual name at no cost and only monthly payments are required until the end of the contract. You'll obviously have to be accepted by the leasing company.

How easy is it to take over the lease ?

It should be straight forward, in particular if you are already a client with CGD Caixa Geral de Depositos or BES Banco Esprito Santo

My contact with Locarent speaks English, but if you are client with CGD or BES you can also deal directly with your usual branch and they'll forward the paper work to Locarent.

Necessitamos dos elementos do novo locatário nomeadamente:

Empresas – Cópia da certidão comercial; cópia dos BI e contribuintes dos sócios e cônjuges, NIB (CGD/ BES), Cópia do NIF da empresa, dados relativos à morada, contactos.

Particulares - Cópia do BI e contribuinte (se for casado necessito também dos documentos do cônjuge), NIB (CGD/ BES) bem como da indicação da morada e contactos.

Please note I made an error in my initial post; there are (now) only 17 months left on the contract after which the car either can be returned or bought at a very reasonable cost.
