Chrissy's music night
Some friends of ours.....equally long term fans of Chrissys in Lagoa, as we are, booked there for dinner 2 Saturdays ago.for their "music as you dine night".
The restaurant was totally full. The music was excellent, but the usually excellent food and service suffered as a result.
The moral of the story.....for Chrissys....if you are going to put these evenings on, staff up accordingly, because if customers go away dissatisfied, as our friends did.....the exercise becomes counter productive.

Sadly I have to agree. The last time we went to a music evening we had to wait one and a half hours after sitting down at the table before we received our starters. The waiter was not even apologetic when we pointed this out.
