Buying a 2nd hand car

Now we have been here several months, and with the increased harassment levels from the GNR over UK registered cars, we are thinking of biting the bullet and buying a Portuguese 2nd hand car.

Can anybody advise us as to the best places to look?
Is there a good website?
Where are the best used car places??

Have a 3 year old Jeep Compass diesel bought from the main Jeep dealer in Faro in Sept 09 for 21500 Euro with 2.5 years warranty left. Going back to UK for 9 months so had car valued today at Motrix at Guia. Retail now 19500 Euro but will sell for 14000 Euro if you are interested!

We bought my car from the place just beyond the Guia round-about (N125 going towards Algarve Shopping) on the right hand side, they were really helpful & gave us an excellent deal on our fiesta.
