Can anyone recommend a good maid service who would do occasional cleans at our appt in LAGOS? We only rent 2 or 3 times a year just to help with the bills.
Had a local property management company (English couple) who charged 20% of the rental fees they arranged. For this they handled the bookings/did meet & greet/sent in cleaners.
Seemed OK for 2 years or so, but now emails/phones aren't being answered & they owe us approx 300 euros.
Not a big deal in the overall scheme of things, but leaves you very wary...
Anyone else had similar problems? - might be same conmen! We could correspond by PM!!!!
