Could anyone give me good instructions on how to get to it from Carvoeiro.
Im interested in the cinema and sport zone. Does the cinema show the films in English like the one at Algarve Shopping.

Its actually not too hard to find. You take the turning off the 125 to Portimao by the hospital and go along the main road into Portimao heading towards Praia da Rocha. You keep going straight - i think if I remember correctly the road joins in with another. You can't miss the shopping centre when you get to it. It is on your left.
My daughter went to watch a film there and it was in English but I think it is best to check which films are as some are in portuguese.

Looby is right. Turn offN 125, past the hospital, over roundabout follow signs for Portimao/Praia de Rocha.
Get in lane to go through tunnel, after tunnel follow road up to big roundabout, and turn into the shopping centre which is on your left.

Regarding the cinema, generally it's only animated and children's films that are in Portuguese, but if in doubt, look for VO (original version) or VP (Portuguese version).
